Difficult history - 12-28-2005, 09:40 AM

13. HISTORY TAKING
Woman for cataract surgery. NIDDM, eye and foot problems, control of bms, asked her weight (actress was slim but she said she was 130Kg). Took full anaesthetic history. Later I said because of your weight a LA may be more appropriate...she became very difficult...became more of a communication station but I has covered a good history so apologised using her name and bell went!
