i think yes im not sure .... but When a thoracic aortic aneurysm ruptures, excruciating pain usually begins high in the back. It may radiate down the back and into the abdomen as the rupture progresses
why is there horner's syndrome in thoracic aortic aneurysm?
A group of symptoms like a constricted pupil, drooping eyelid, and sweating on one side of the face (horner syndrome) may result from pressure on certain nerves in the chest by enlarging aorta

1. Anything that presses on the sympathetic chain can give you horners so the lesion can be in a number of different places, for example pancoast tumor or a big thoracic aortic aneurysm.
2. ive seen patients who present with only back pain due to AAA. Abdominal pain is not typical unless the aneurysm has ruptured.
