Though the quality of the picture and sound isnt great they are good enough to watch and pick up the various examination routines (the picture is better the smaller the window is in which you view it).

Its a pretty useful site- to see the physical examinations done while reading about them in your text books (particularly with the musculoskeletal examination most students rheumatology attachment give little opportunity to practise this on real patients-surprisingly!)
Theres also videos on other things that might be useful such as assessment of the patient in the emergency setting.
Dont be put off by the weird classical music that plays at the beginning of each video!!
