You have to sign up- but its quick and free and allows access to some brilliant, excellent quality video clips. These demonstrate the various types of neurological examinations but also show you examples of specific neurological signs (in real patients) so its excellent to see what, for example a 'shuffling gait' or 'pronator drift' really looks like- if you've never had the opportunity to see one. You can search using key words too.
You can browse by patient profiles, diagnoses or specific exams! I found it an invaluable resource for my neurology revision as we had very little exposure to real patients during our neurology module (it was total of 8 days).
I cannot recommend this site highly enough!
