please let me know what is the eligibility criteris for part 3 marcs.is it same for england and edinburgh.in which royal college part -3 is easy to pass .pattern of exam is exactly same or different

just i finished mcq both parts from edinburgh.its not calear for me if i attempt part 3 in england and by chanceif icoulnot clear itcan i attempt other colleges or not
