a) hyperkalaemia
b) chronic renal failure
c) age>70
d) propranolol

Side effects of Digoxin are more common in hypokalaemia. Dosage of Digoxin must be reduced in renal impairment and in the elderly. Propranolol and Morphine do not predispose to Digoxin toxicity
