The uterine contraction is increased by;
a-adrenerginic agoinst-nor adrenaline, metoxamine,histamine, bradykinnin.acetylcholine,5-HT,PROSTAGLANDIN-PGE2,PGF2a,OXYTOCIN,ERGOTAMINE.
The uterine relaxtion is caused by,:
B-adrenergic receptor agoinst, salbutamol,adrenaline thus are used as tocolytic drugs to delay premature labour.
