a) T ( RBC INCREASES BY 30%, plasmavolume by 50%, haematocrit falls by 15% )
b)T ( FRC DECREASES BY 30%, RV decreases by 20%, ERV decreases by 25%)
c) F ( due to increase in alveolar ventilation Pco2 is 3.7 - 4.2 kPa, hence a respiratory alkalosis)
d) T
e) T ( increase in GFR to 150 ml/min, increase in renal plasma flow by 30% )
