The physiological changes of pregnancy include:
CVS: Increased ECF volume, increased RBC, HR, CO,
Reduced: SVR, MAP, physiological anaemia
RS: Increased: minute ventilation, tidal volume, oxygen consumption
Reduced: Paco2,FRC,ERV,RV
GI: Delayed gastric emptying,
COAGULATION: Increased: factors 2,7,9,10,12,platlets
RENAL: Increased RBF,GFR

Except for coag. 11& 13all others increase, 11& 13 decrease.
