Hupothalamus – Ant & Post Pitutary – target glands. Hypothalamus produces releasing harmons ( eg. TRH, GnRH) as well as posterior pituitary harmons (delivered by portal veins, ADH & Oxytocin). Prolactin, GH, ACTH, TSH are from Anterior Pituitary.
