fffff
In Ml/ 100gm the O2 consumption AV differences are
Liver 18, Kidney 14, Brain 16.7, Skin 19.7, Skeletal muscle 19.8, Heart 11.3, whole body 19.6 (considering arterial O2 20 ml/dl). ( ref-ganong).
A-V O2 difference for Heart varies with stroke work, which itself depends on HR, contractility and wall tension. At HR 60 AV O2 difference is around 4 (< 11ml/dl but not ml/100gm), at HR 100- its 7ml/ dl, at HR 120- around 10, at 160 around 12ml/dl AV difference.(ref- Ganong).Ganong page 615.

I cannot find a reference but there is no way the heart should have less O2 consumption per 100g tissue than the other organs listed.

The kidney certainly doesn't have an arteriovenous oxygen difference of over 11mls/100mlsblood and I find it very hard to bleive warm skin would!
