a) portal venous pressure is less than 20 mmHg
b) 50% is from the hepatic artery
c) total flow is 1.5 l/min
d) the liver derives lost of its oxygen needs from the portal supply
e) the oxygen saturation of portal blood is 95%

40-50% of the total hepatic o2 supply is by the hepatic artery and 50 to 60% of the basal o2 supply is by the Portal Vein. Hepatic artery forms 30% of the blood supply with a saturation of 98% whilePortal vein forms 70% of the hepatic blood flow with saturation 0f 70-85%.REF: Ian Power and Peter Kam.

liver blood supply-25% of cardiac output,1.5 liters
hepatic art- 30% of total hepatic bld flow,o2 sat 98%,contributes to total hepatic o2 supply 40-50%
portal vein-70% of total hepatic bld flow,o2 sat 70-85%,contributes to total hepatic o2 supply 50-60%
