a) reduction in the urinary pH
b) increased cardiac output
c) a respiratory acidosis
d) increased erythropoeitin secretion
e) hypercarbia

Respiratory alkalosis will result in REDUCED H+ loss and INCREASED hco3- loss and so alkaline urine.

I argee with the above, breathing a hypoxic mixture is similar to being at altitude and the compensatory excretion of bicarb causes more alk urine so ph goes up
