Hi everyone,
I have been to Liverpool courses, both weekend ones and the long ones(becoz I passed in the 2nd go

). I must say that the courses were expensive - if you pass, you feel they were worth it and vice-versa.
Having had years of experince in conducting the course, Dr.David gray and his team are a meticulous bunch of people. The ideology is to take a initial test and divide 60 to 100 people(from all across UK) in groups with people of mixed calibre. MCQ's are provided with answers but group discussion is the key. You learn a lot from your group. Certain people feel that total no of MCQ's done in a day are less and occasionally there are infighting in the groups.
The OSCE/VIVA courses again show their meticulous organisation- the week long course is virtually wholesome. They claim pass rate of 75-80%.
The Manchester(Northwest) MCQ and VIVA course for local trainees is a brilliant shorter version. Never have I seen so many repetitions in the actual exam from any course.
I am available for more questions on both of these courses.
