I am preparing for IMRCS part 2

I'm sitting the IMRCS part A exam in January. I'm using the onexamination website and the applied basic sciences book by Kirk. I think they are going to set more SBA questions as apposed to T/F questions. How's everyone else finding the revision? Any other books that can help with some last minute cramming?

I have passed IMRCS part 1 in sept 07 and entered part 2 week ago and waiting for the result.
