Journals you read - 04-03-2006, 11:16 AM

What journals do you read? Yes, by "read" I mean skim the artical titles and read the abstracts of those that look interesting. I generally check out the journal of the ACS but I'm wondering what else might be interesting and relevent for a general surgeon. Do any of you read JAMA or the NEJM? What do you recommend?
How about arch of surgery or surg clinics NA, BJS
