A lot of the users may not be aware of the current mmc changes that are affecting more junior doctors.
However figures such as 50% non training position jobs and mass unemployment within our ranks makes me cross.
To top it all, the number of consultant jobs are being frozen so a cheaper sub consultant grade can be developed and employed.
Not really the same game of cricket that we were playing when i walked onto the field to bat.
What do others think. MMC? Unemployed doctors? 50% non training posts?
